🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

📦 Return Policy (Important Conditions)

You are eligible for a return if:

🎥 Mandatory Proof for Returns

To process any return request, the customer must provide a complete unboxing video as proof.

👉 The video must:

  • Start before opening the parcel
  • Clearly show the package label
  • Show the product condition inside the parcel
  • Be continuous (no cuts or edits)

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, no return claim will be accepted under any circumstances.


⏱️ Return Request Time

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Late requests may not be accepted

🚫 Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • You simply changed your mind
  • Product was used, damaged, or mishandled by the customer
  • Claim is made without video proof
  • Request is made after 24 hours

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is not functioning as described

📹 Exchange Proof Requirement

Just like returns, an unboxing video is required for exchange requests.


🔁 Exchange Process

  1. Customer contacts support with video proof
  2. Our team verifies the issue
  3. Once approved, we arrange:
    • Pickup of the defective product (where service is available)
    • OR customer may be asked to self-ship the product
  4. Replacement will be shipped after receiving the item

💸 Shipping Charges (Important)

  • Return shipping may be paid by the customer
  • Exchange delivery charges may apply
  • In some cases, partial charges may be covered by us (depending on issue)

📍 Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery all over Pakistan. However, return/exchange logistics may vary depending on your location.


Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Accessories, manuals, and all items must be included
  • We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our policy
