🎥 Mandatory Proof for Returns
To process any return request, the customer must provide a complete unboxing video as proof.
👉 The video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the package label
- Show the product condition inside the parcel
- Be continuous (no cuts or edits)
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, no return claim will be accepted under any circumstances.
⏱️ Return Request Time
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Late requests may not be accepted
🚫 Non-Returnable Cases
We do NOT accept returns if:
- You simply changed your mind
- Product was used, damaged, or mishandled by the customer
- Claim is made without video proof
- Request is made after 24 hours
🔄 Exchange Policy

You are eligible for an exchange if:
- You received a defective item

- The product is not functioning as described

- Once approved, we arrange:

- Replacement will be shipped after receiving the item
💸 Shipping Charges (Important)
- Return shipping may be paid by the customer
- Exchange delivery charges may apply
- In some cases, partial charges may be covered by us (depending on issue)

We provide delivery all over Pakistan. However, return/exchange logistics may vary depending on your location.
